Inspired on depression and mindfulness, we create a personal wellness kit where you rebuild and re-connect with yourself to find peace of mind, happiness, and harmony.

As children we were taught to grow flowers and plants, with the simple task of taking care of them and watching them grow.

Just as flowers, we need care as we are blooming and growing. Sometimes we grow steadily, other ones we get a little misaligned. Sometimes we bloom and other times we feel like we are wilting, and that’s okay.

The kit consists in taking care of your inside and see an improvement on the outside, to cultivate a true smile that reflects your soul and likewise take care of someone else who, as you, has life. This someone will be your reflection, and depending on the care you give yourself, they’ll grow and bloom.

You will take care of the one you need the most: Yourself.
